bottle (minimum 2 litters, some medicine, for cold cough, sprain, fever, food position,

We used Nepal Mother House for the Best Everest Base Camp trek in May and i could
not have asked for a better experience. Our guide Kapil was excellent and looked after
us very well, along with speaking great English. All aspects of the trek were taken care
of including flights to and from Lukla, porter who was strong, kind and friendly,
accommodation at each lodge and all meals breakfast lunch and dinner each day. In
the months leading up to the trek, Karna replied and answered all of our inquiries and


