 You can share them with anyone who has access to the
internet.
 You must create a Gmail account to have access to Google
docs.

4. GOOGLE DOCUMENTS
This online word processor allows you to
 Create and format text
 You can give access to people you want to collaborate with
and they can edit or comment on documents
 Collaborate with others in real time
 Chat with other collaborators
 Translate to a different language

5. GOOGLE SPREADSHEETS
 Create and format spreadsheets
 You can edit to make it look the way you want
 Chat with those who are editing your spreadsheet
 Embed it on website or blog
 Create charts and gadgets

6. GOOGLE PRESENTATIONS
 Share and edit presentations with people
 Import and convert presentations
 Insert images and videos
 Publish and embed presentations
 Allow access to a large audience
 Allow real time online viewing
