• Accident Policy: Pays cash directly to you for any covered accidents on or
off the job. Includes a Wellness cash benefit.
• NEW SPOUSE ACCIDENT DISABILITY: Protect your spouse from short term,
disabling accidents.
• Cancer / Heart Disease Protection: Pays cash benefits directly to you to
help with the medical expenses related to cancer and heart disease, plus a
wellness benefit.
• Hospital Indemnity: Pays cash directly to you for expenses related to a
hospital stay.
• Life: Up to 200k without a physical.
• Dental: Pays a fixed amount per ADA code for procedures, from cleanings to
major restorative work and dentures.
Aflac provides plans that pay cash benefits upon the occurrence of a covered medical event or
service. The cash benefits are always payable to the policyholder unless otherwise directed and
can be used to for anything the policyholder needs including everyday living expenses.
