1. MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
1.1. On successful registration and approval of your profile on at “DoctorsBooking.com”, you will
be emailed your account credentials.
1.2. Your login URL is: http://doctorsbooking.com/premium/desktop/
1.3. For misplaced passwords use forgot pass option, your password will be emailed to your
registered email-ID
1.4. By logging into your account you will be able to control and manage your entire profile,
schedules and settings.

NOTE : Ensure you select the correct account type for „Logging As’

CREATING / UPDATING YOUR PROFILE
Go to „Settings’ menu and click on „Public Profile’

You may edit any necessary fields and click „SAVE’ to update
Your updates may take 24 hours to synchronize.
Changes to „First Name’, „Last Name’, „Specialization’ & „IMR’ fields are restricted.

CREATING YOUR ONLINE WORKING SLOTS
Go to „Settings’ menu and click on „Online Open Slots’
Your weekly calendar view is open, broken to time slots as defined in your „Public
Profile‟

You can open a slot for online booking by clicking on the slot.

Once active the slot turns into a blue box
To close an activated slot, all you need to do is click on it again.
NOTE : Online patients can only view & make appointments on open slots


1.7.

MANAGE NOTIFICATION SETTINGS
We have integrated email and SMS notifications for all actions made on your profile. We
also provide you the control to determine what type of notifications you receive for various
actions performed.
By default your account notification settings are as under

To manage your notification go to „Settings’ menu and click on „Notification Settings’
Remember to save your settings!
NOTE : SMS notifications are sent only if your account has SMS credit balance

MANAGING APPOINTMENTS
The admin module allows you to manage both internal (Appointments made by you) and external
(Online appointments) . Which includes activates like creating, cancelling, rescheduling
appointments. These activities are done on your main desktop page.


2.1. UNDERSTANDING MY CALENDAR (GENERAL TERMS)
2.1.1. Clicking on „Desktop’ menu from your top menu bar will take you to your schedules calendar

Terms to understand
Navigational buttons:
buttons to change calendar views to previous
day, next day and current day.
Date Zone : Shows the date to which you calendar is been set
Time Zone : Shows the time, broken to time slots as defined in your „Public Profile‟
Empty Calendar Slot: Free time slot on your calendar.
Internal appointment: Appointments created through the doctors admin module. Shown in blue
blocks
External Appointment: Appointments created online by patient. Shown in red blocks.



2.2. CREATING APPOINTMENTS
2.2.1. Click on „Desktop’ menu from your top menu bar.
2.2.2. Select your appropriate day and click on an empty calendar slot on you calendar.
2.2.3. This will trigger an a pop-up window as below.

Enter the patient info and click

your appointment is created!

NOTE: Online appointments are auto synchronized with your schedules automatically every 15
minutes and every time a new internal activity request is made.


2.3. CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
2.3.1. Click on „Desktop’ menu from your top menu bar.
2.3.2. Navigate and search the appropriate appointment slot you want to cancel.
2.3.3. Click on the RED or BLUE appointment block.
2.3.4. The confirm cancel window appears.

Click YES to cancel the appointment.

2.4. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
2.4.1. Internal appointments can be rescheduled by dragging it to an empty slot

2.4.2. External appointment cannot be rescheduled!
Note : external appointments (IN RED) can only be cancelled

LOCKING / UN-LOCKING A DAY (HOLIDAY MANAGEMENT)
You can lock days to block it from having any appointments. This would be an idle way to manage
your holidays on the system.

Click on „Desktop’ menu from your top menu bar.
Select your appropriate day to lock.
Single click on the notification zone to lock the day. That says “no appointment for this day”.
Note: you cannot block a day that already has an appointment.

Click Yes to confirm lock
On successful locking of the day, you will notice a blue block appear on the notification zone.
To unlock a locked day, just single click on the blue block at the notification zone

Note: To block a day that has appointments, you need to first cancel all appointments for the day!


4.

REPORTING
All activities on tracked for reporting. We provide 3 separate reports for you to keep a tab on all of
them

4.1. APPOINTMENT REPORTS
Appointment reports give you graphical and detail list of all appointments made for you.
4.1.1. Click on „Reports’ >> ‘Appointment reports’ menu from
your top menu bar.
4.1.2. Details in this report:
a) Appointment created date
b) Online appointment or not
c) Name of the patient
d) Patient contact number
e) Patient email Id
f) Appointment date
g) Whether payment was made online or not
h) Additional or file #.
4.2. SMS USAGE REPORTS
SMS usage reports give you graphical and detail list of you SMS credit usage. This report contains
details like
4.2.1. Click on „Reports’ >> ‘Appointment reports’ menu from your top menu bar.
a) SMS trigger date
b) SMS sent to (Mobile Number)
c) Message sent
4.3. PAYMENT TRACKER
Payment tracker helps you monitor the revenue you generated through online booking and details of
transfers made from DoctorsBooking account to your personal account. This report contains details
like
4.3.1. Click on „Reports’ >> ‘Appointment reports’ menu from your top menu bar.
a) Transfer amount from DoctorsBooking to your personal account
b) Transfer date
c) Transfer tracking ID
4.3.3. The report will also have a summary of Total Revenue generated – Total transfers made – Pending
transfer.

5. UPGRADE / ADDON PURCHASES
5.1.1. Click on „More’ menu from your top menu bar.

5.1.2. The pull down will give you list of add-ons and upgrades you can do.
5.1.3. You have two upgrade options, Economy listing & Power listing

5.1.4. You can also purchase additional add-on SMS credits in pack of 500, 1000, 2000 5000 Credits.
