The Medellin river flows through Colombia's city of Medellin and its metropolitan area. It was once heavily polluted due to sand mining and sewage dumping, but conditions have improved with water treatment facilities. The river is now a focus of development and features natural parks along its path. At its source, the river is called the Porce River and later joins the Nechi River and Cauca River before flowing into the Magdalena River.
2. THE RIVER
• The Medellin river or river is a river Bore crossing the Colombian
