Covid measures
1. COVID PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
Precautionary measures to safeguard from the coronavirus: (In addition to social
distancing and wearing mask when going out)
1. Adequate sleep
2. Steam inhalation (Morning once sufficient), If going for Job outside evening also.
3. Breathing yoga (to be done ten minutes in the morning before breakfast)
4. Consuming warm water frequently.
5. Oil pulling with gingili oil in the morning before brushing
6. Gargle with salt water and little turmeric powder before bed.
7. Consume Kabasura KudiNeer and Neelavembu Kashayam on alternate days
8. Avoid stressful tiring works till this pandemic get over.
9. If many people are discussing for a long time avoid air-conditioned room.
Additional measures to safeguard from the coronavirus if infected:
In addition to the above measures if any tiredness or additional symptoms of COVID like
fever, joint pains, body aches etc are noticed the following shall be adopted.
(i) Isolate yourself from other family members. All the members in the family also
without any kind of emotional bonding follow this so that the spread rate doesn’t
increase and you can also give attention to the infected person. Many families suffer
if all infected at the same time.
(ii) If small kids are having fever, don’t sleep along with them. For small kids the recovery
rate is very fast. Frequently, they are asymptomatic carriers. If any senior person get
affected, then they will suffer. In one full night, if the viral loading to the senior person
is very high, (Particularly people with comorbidity) then it becomes serious also. If
there is no other way, at least avoid room with air-conditioning while sleeping.
(iii) Have good sleep. Also during daytime take good rest and avoid tiring works.
(iv) Make steam inhalation for 4-5 times a day.
(v) Consume plenty of warm water frequently.
(vi) Consume easily digestible food. Avoid spicy foods.
(vii) Any food, chew properly and consume it
(viii) On comparing with your regular diet consume only 50% of carbohydrate food.
(ix) Increase protein and vitamin rich foods that improves our immunity. Consume fruits
like Apple, Orange, and Pineapple. Avoid eating dry fruits directly. Taking Almond is
good. However there is a way. Soak 20 to 25 almonds from night to morning and
remove the skin and make it as a paste and consume. Taking 3 or 4 Dates a day also
good.
