2. INTRODUCTION

H
The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) has created
livelihood programs to empower Persons Deprived of Liberty
(PDLs) in jails to enable positive transformation and rehabilitation.
Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) obtain valuable occupational
skills via training and active engagement in these projects, which
may lead to a brighter future.
These efforts to achieve financial independence minimize the
likelihood of recidivism and help former offenders become
productive members of society, improving their chances of
reintegration.
3. PROJECT SUMMARY
The proposed feasibility study aims to assess the
viability of developing and introducing a Lemongrass
and Ginger Liniment product into the market.
This innovative herbal liniment will harness the natural
benefits of lemongrass and ginger to create a potent
and soothing topical solution for various physical
discomforts.
Liniments are a viable non-invasive alternative to oral
analgesics.
4. Lemongrass and ginger, two therapeutic herbs, are
wonderful raw ingredients for liniments that provide
bodily relief and sensory refreshment. Lemongrass'
citrus scent and anti-inflammatory effects energize
liniments.
Ginger goes well with lemongrass because it has a
spicy scent that makes liniments more interesting.
Gingerol is the main ingredient in ginger, and it has
pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory qualities.
