The BJMP recognizes the need of ongoing professional advancement
and development for its executives. In the context of a swiftly evolving
and dynamic environment, the preservation of a competitive
advantage is vital for the attainment of successful leadership.
These frameworks aim to empower BJMP leaders to excel in their
roles by equipping them with the necessary competencies and
expertise to effectively tackle current and future challenges.
This study aims to address this research gap by investigating how the
career development of BJMP executives is influenced by
advancement patterns, and how this unique context impacts their
professional growth
