Dissertation: Virtual Communities: Knowledge sharing and professional development
This ethnographic qualitative dissertation focuses on the communities of
practice within virtual online communities associated with English Program
coordinators. The primary research questions focus on the concepts discussed
in these virtual communities as well as participant perceptions of the value of
the discussions and participant discourse and practice.
