IBM is requesting approval from Hitachi to pick up three defective replacement parts that were previously delivered in February 2010. The parts include a lift plate, lift tool, and planar. IBM needs a gate pass and any necessary approvals to retrieve the defective parts, as the new replacement parts are now installed on Hitachi's IBM machines.

Please be informed that we are going to pull out our defective parts that were delivered to Hitachi last
February 2010 as replacement parts to your IBM machines. The new parts are replaced on your IBM
machines and we would need to pick up the defective parts. We would like to request necessary gate pass
and approvals for the parts to be pick up by our Parts Center. Parts details are as follows:
