Goals The goal of any business is obvious, to generate revenue. WEGZ, however is different in that it is a specialized business. The goal of WEGZ is to become the number one destination for sports fans in (Northern) Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This is not just any bar with a TV, this is meant to be an experience. In order to make this possible, it is important that we target the right people who would want this experience. For this reason, we feel that optimizing the WEGZ website and launching new online campaigns would be beneficial to the company. For example, sports fans may have a hard time finding a place like this in an online search, since the word ‘sport’ is not in their Meta tags. The overall goal of the organization should be to be the number one search result when using the query ‘sports bar’ in google.  This would make it the ultimate destination, and also show its popularity (which means success) to prospective customers. Other goals relate back to ensuring the company’s visibility on the web, through the use of social media, videos and promotions.
Objectives Attract more exclusive customers that fit the appeal the WEGZ environment provides.  In other words, having customers that like sports and enjoy the social aspect of a restaurant environment, make the trip to their location.  Their location is at the north-end of the GTA, proper online promotion and SEO rankings could help attract more customers. Be recognized as the #1 sports bar in the GTA. With the focus purely on providing customers with sports entertainment, gaming entertainment, food and beverage, WEGZ should be the first choice for all sport lovers living in the GTA. Franchise expansion into another urbanized GTA location.
Business plan Mission statement: WEGZ has something for everyone, elevating traditional bar to a whole new level.Business Model: Create an atmosphere i.e. sports bar which will accommodate all sports programs for every type of sports fan while provided food and drinks, sex appeal, off track wagering, while enjoying sports. Wegz is the next best thing to actually being there in person.
Strategy Sports bar filled with LCD Screens broadcasting all sports events, have a place where people can bet on horse races from woodbine racetrack without physically being present. 90 TVs 10 10'x10' Projectors, and one 16'x22' screen. Cater to group events within an exclusive area which can be rented out. With one location in all of the GTA, and it being at the north end, WEGZ should look into settling another franchise in centralized location that would compete with other sports bars in the area.  No other bar in all of the GTA compares to the amount of sporting events WEGZ shows on a daily basis.Note:  these objectives are fictitious due to the fact that nowhere online do they have their business objectives mentioned.

Potential customers to be targeted By applying our group's e-commerce solution search engine optimization, WEGZ  will show up as result of sport bar search in Google, therefore most people will take this place into consideration deciding where to see major games. Also by on site cameras , potential customers will be able to double check available space before driving to WEGZ. It seems target market will grow dramatically by SEO techniques. Although WEGZ's location is not the best for Torontonians but by reaching out to the most sport bar lovers this barrier will not be a big problem for WEGZ after all.
