  Equation:   y=-3.51+0.6x correlation: 0.996 1.Yes there is a relationship between the two sets of data it has a strong correlation (as X goes up, Y goes up) 2.The rate of change is telling me that with every year that passes and with a lower degree, the percentage of people unemployed gets higher. 3.The data affects me by telling me that if i want a less chance of being unemployed then i should go for the higher degree.
