manufacturer, as Junior Product Manager.

I moved to Tubi Dalmine, industry major
competitor, as Product Manager being soon
appointed Head of Customer Service.

8. Meanwhile I got

9. I decided it was time to learn from other businesses

European leader in steel production,
as Head of Industrial Organization.

10. Where I met my first consultant
Deciding soon to leave for a
management consulting experience.

Deloitte Consulting,
being appointed Senior Manager.

System Integration
Organisational Downsizing
Lean Production

13. ...and more important I’ve learnt
Thinking visually.
Focusing on answers, not questions.
Leveraging people, processes and IT to drive change.
Leading the group towards new initiatives and goals.
Talking in public without boring.
In one word: showing, not telling.

14. Then a CEO invited me to... eat my cookies
So I entered Iveco as Chief Digital Director to drive
a major cultural and IT shift and realize the
benefits of emerging internet technologies.

15. Later, following my boss
I joined as CIO ACI Global, italian most popular
breakdown and health care service provider, to be
later appointed Deputy General Manager.

16. As landscape changed I decided for a new experience
Persuaded by the owner of Texa, European leader in
production of automotive diagnostic instruments, I serviced
as Director to assist him in a turnaround project.

17. But sometimes experience do not match expectations
So I returned to a «big company» joining Reply as Partner
to successfully launch a new start-up on Big Data.
I’m actually working as management consultant to
support customers in exploiting data to achieve a real,
cost effective business transformation.
