19. RECOMMENDATIONS--
According to the survey conducted I found that almost
every consumer first check the expiry date on the food
items and medicines when they buy different products .
Most of the people do not check the weights of the
products mentioned on the items. Thus it is
recommended that people should check the weight and
then purchase item.
20. Conclusion of consumer awareness-
1. Consumer awareness involves informing the buyer about the complete details of the
product. It helps the buyer to decide effectively.
2. It is all about providing the consumers the knowledge about the products like the
maximum retail price, date of production and expiration, usage of the product,
standardization, and others.
3. An efficient salesman would inform the customers about every aspect of the product. It
requires the salesman to have a piece of complete and intense knowledge about the
product that he is selling.
4. Consumer awareness is essential for the consumers because- after buying the product
the customer should not feel exploited. It prohibits the consumption of harmful goods.
Customer satisfaction is achieved after customer awareness. Both are directly related.
