The HOD, Professor Dr.Phani Raju sir welcomed the faculty.
1) HOD given instructions to all lab incharges, that they should make all students to
attend the lab regularly and make them to get atleast minimum marks in internal
through continues evaluation.
2) Few faculty in other departments got memo because of misusing college timing
and going out for personal work. HOD instructed our department faculty not to
perform such kind of activities which will spoil reputation of department.
3) If any department activity is going on, all should go participate and give support.
4) AICTE has given relaxation to managements for appointing Adjunct faculty to
20%.
5) All lab incharges can give lab requirement immediately.
6) Departmental activities should be conducted regularly for all the classes
according to their timetable.
7) All NBA file has to be updated up to date properly.
8) Department leave register has to be maintained for the department separately
and appointed Mrs.Deepa.R as the incharge for the same.
9) College management is trying to get Autonomus for our college.
10)All faculties especially PG faculty should go for valuation work allotted by VTU.
11)If any student is suffering with psychological issues. Class teacher should bring
that student to HOD notice to give counseling through specialist.
12)Departmental MOU with industry is lagging. So he requested all the faculties to
help in collaboration with industries.
13)From this academic year onwards those who are in CGPA Scheme. Revaluation
marks will be the final marks.
14)He requested all faculties to be formal dress code.
