1.Arrange a national Seminar: Membersare agreeduponto arrange a seminarassoonas possible,
where all customerscanget a clearideaaboutthe products.Alternativelywe canarrange an
exhibitiontoshowcasingourproducts.Moreover,if we can affiliatewithforeigncompany,we can
compare our productswiththem,as a resultwe can geta betterideatoenhance the qualityof our
products.
2.Copy products: Still there isnostepstakenfromassociationaboutcopyproducts, So members
are agreedupon,assuggestedbyVice presidentof BELMA, to take propersteps or legal actionto
remove copyproductsfrommarket, as example:
 We can submitanapplicationto“CustomsIntelligence”Office tocomplainaboutcopy
productswhichare still inthe market.
 We can complaintothe RAB office .
3. Form a committee/Prepare Progressreport: Every memberagreed upon,to form a committee
verysoonand thus the membersof thatcommittee will givethe progressreportof theiractivitiesin
everyweekoraftera certainperiod.
4.Common Monogram: E verymembersagreedupon,innearfuture tomake a commonmonogram
or authorizationseal ,whichwill be authorizedbyBELMA,so that all memberswill use the same
monogram.Asa result nobodycancopy the productsalsoit will be helpfultomaintainthe quality
of products,asSecretaryGeneral of BELMA suggested.Howeverstill there ischance of misuse of
that monogram, so we can recruitsome people toobserve the marketandproductsaswell.
5.Use of SMT : “Surface Mount Technology isa methodforproducingelectroniccircuitsinwhich
the componentsare mountedorplaceddirectlyintothe surface onprintedcircuit board”.This
modern technologyprovides manymanufacturing benefits whichincludes –reducedboardcost,
reducedmaterial handlingcosts,controlledmanufacturing process,sizeof boardisreducedetc. So
all membersof the associationcanuse thistechnology,as CBE ManagingDirectorMr Jobayer
suggested.

6.Newmembers recruitment: All the membersof the associationshouldtake the initiativeto
recruitnewmembers.Secretarygeneral of the associationalreadytalkedwithsome renowned
companiesto be a memberof BELMA.
7. New office conformation:All the membersagreedupon,tosetupand confirm new office in
Bijoynogorarea from1st
of April .MEP managingdirectorMr JahangirAlamand SecretaryGeneral
of BELMA hastakenresponsibilitytoconfirmthe new office forBELMA.
