In order to avoid the Wild Animal Attack, we need to
understand their ecosystem.
5. Snakes
There are two general type of Snakes
Venomous Snake (Cobra)
Non-Venomous Snake (Python)
Venomous Snake will use their toxic poison as their
defense mechanism to attack human. It would be
deadly for human beings if get bitten by them.
Non-Venomous snake did not have toxic poison. But
they do have razor sharp teethes that could injured
human being.
Their habitat is quite the same:
Cold & Dark Places
Place that they could hunt i.e. thick bushes
6. Scorpions
Scorpions are predatory insect. They hunt small
insect as their diet.
It use it’s toxic poison to sting their prey.
Although the venom from scorpion could not kill
human being, but it will cause a lot of pain.
Their habitat are:

Ground, Trees & Stones
Building Cracks
Where small insect lives
7. Centipede
Centipedes are multi-legged creatures insect.
They hunt small insect as their diet.
Most centipedes are generally venomous and can
inflict painful bites
Although the venom from centipede could not kill
human being, but it will cause a lot of pain.
Their habitat are:
Cold & Dark Places
Ground, Trees & Stones
Building Cracks
Where small insect lives
8. Termites
Termites are detritivores, or detritus feeders.
They feed on dead plants, trees & wood material.
Did not pose threat to human directly.
Pose threat to facilities that human use in daily life by
weakening its structure.
Once the facilities infested by termite, the cost for the
termite treatment & repairing the infrastructure will be
high.

SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd, a pest control service provider
within PRPC area will be conducting a Wild Animal
& Snake Inspection within the building cracks at
Temporary Common Facilities (TCF) & The Hive
area.
Inspection Date : 14 & 15 January 2021
Objectives: To find any wild animal habitat within the
building’s crack
Manpower: 1 supervisor & 5 Pest Control Technician
11. Method of inspection
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd will check every cracks under
the building in TCF & The Hive area
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd will use multiple tools like
camera & torch light to find any evidence of wild
animal or termite activity in the building cracks.
Any findings will be reported to contract owner with
suggestion
A report will be submitted on 15th Jan 2021

14. Inspection Report – The Hive
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd conducted a thoroughly inspection
within the building cracks at The Hive area.
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd found that many of the cracks can
be a potential place for wild animal to breed or make it as
shelter because the cracks are wide.
On top of that, some material like dead leaves, wood,
stones and humid condition can contribute for wild animal
breed activities.
Other findings : There are multiple place where there are
thick bushes around the building which act as contributing
factors.
Potential threat: Snakes, Scorpion & Centipedes
17. Inspection Report – The Hive
As SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd team inspect The Hive area,
our team found out there are multiple places with a
threat for Termites infestation.
This is because there are usage of untreated
plywood as part of the facilities construction.
20. Inspection Report – TCF
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd conducted a thoroughly
inspection within the building cracks at TCF area.
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd found that many of the cracks
can be a potential place for wild animal to breed or
make it as shelter because the cracks are wide.
On top of that, some material like dead leaves, wood,
stones and humid condition can contribute for wild
animal breed activities.

23. Snake control:
To Prevent any snakes to enter the building cracks
and also to repel any snakes which within, SPC
Sanda Sdn Bhd hereby SUGGESTING TO USE
SULPHUR.
This is because Sulphur can react with snake skin
which can caused burn to the snake.
A barrier from Sulphur could prevent and repel any
snakes from using the building cracks as their shelter.
The method is to scatter the Sulphur powder at
strategic place to cover the building cracks.
25. Scorpion & Centipede Control:
SULPHUR also can be use to repel any Scorpion &
Centipede.
The method is to scatter the Sulphur powder at

Sulphur also can be put inside tiny holes & cracks
around the buildings.
26. Termite Control:
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd suggest that all of the untreated
wood material that on site is removed from the area.
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd also suggest to use a termite
baiting system in order to exterminate any termites at
TCF & The Hive
28. Summary:
A drastic preventive measurement need to be done in
order to prevent any mishaps caused by Wild Animal
at TCF & The Hive area.
Therefore SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd proposed that the
suggested preventive measurement could be done
as soon as possible.
SPC Sanda Sdn Bhd is ready to execute those
suggested preventive measurement.
