This document summarizes how a company delivered their internal enterprise platform on AWS within 1 week by: 1) Creating a VPC with public and private subnets allowing granular security configurations. 2) Launching EC2 servers with auto-scaling groups using custom AMIs for configurable specifications. 3) Providing NAS functionality through a public AMI and restricting access to private resources with a bastion server. 4) Enabling direct deployment to AWS from their IDE through Elastic Beanstalk.
