Your
Goals
Remind Your Mind
 It’s important to reinforce your goals as much as
possible, especially at the beginning when your mind
isn’t accustomed to working towards your goals yet.
 By reinforcing your goals, your brain is reminded that
you’re still determined to achieve them.
Don’t Lose Your Goals
 If you don’t mentally reinforce your goals, you may lose
track of them, thus decreasing your motivation level.
 Future goals can be easier for you to forget because
you’re not currently taking any concrete action to
achieve them.
Have Daily Reinforcements
 If this is the 1st time you’ve set goals or if you have new
goals, try to reinforce them daily.
 As your brain becomes accustomed to your goals and
retains them, you may need fewer reminders.
 However, don’t forget to reinforce your goals every once
in a while to make sure you remember them.

Reinforce your goals

  • 2. Remind Your Mind  It’s important to reinforce your goals as much as possible, especially at the beginning when your mind isn’t accustomed to working towards your goals yet.  By reinforcing your goals, your brain is reminded that you’re still determined to achieve them.
  • 3. Don’t Lose Your Goals  If you don’t mentally reinforce your goals, you may lose track of them, thus decreasing your motivation level.  Future goals can be easier for you to forget because you’re not currently taking any concrete action to achieve them.
  • 4. Have Daily Reinforcements  If this is the 1st time you’ve set goals or if you have new goals, try to reinforce them daily.  As your brain becomes accustomed to your goals and retains them, you may need fewer reminders.  However, don’t forget to reinforce your goals every once in a while to make sure you remember them.
