- The impact of Returns is not obvious. When most companies think of Returns they only think about one or two aspects of the cost of Returns. Looking at the image, the two main aspects are Return Credits and Warrantly Repairs. But just like an iceberg, there is much more underneath the surface in terms of aspects and impacts especially when returns are not handled properly. These are both direct impacts to the finances as well as indirect impacts like customer relations.
