4. According to a definition,
“Drug generally means something that, when
enters the human body alters normal bodily
functions.”

5. In Quran, ALLAH says:
"O you who believe, intoxicants, and gambling, and
the altars of idols, and the games of chance are
abominations of the devil; you shall avoid them,
that you may succeed." [Quran: 5:90]

6. Drugs give pleasure or relaxation when taken by a human
being for some time. But in turn it damages his entire body.
When a person starts with drugs regularly, in short span of
time he gets addicted to it. Then he starts taking more and
more drugs and there comes a stage where he cannot
spend a minute without drugs. In such condition he will do
anything to get his drug and that’s why most of the drug
addicts become beggars and thieves.
The ultimate result of using drugs is death.

9. LAWS MADE BY GOVT. TO STOP DRUGS
“Laws were made to be broken.”
Laws have been made to stop these Drugs but neither they are so good nor
they are imposed properly. Eg:
 Smoking of CIGARETTE is illegal in public places.
But still it is being smoked by a number of people
in homes, offices and other public places.
 It is illegal for children below 18 to smoke. But still
they are smoking freely.
 SNUFF, ALCOHOL, HEROINE are completely
banned. But still they are imported and exported
and used widely.
 Druggist(other then Cigarette smoker) will be
imprisoned. But still they are free.

10. Opium, Poppy and Tobacco , the root causes of
Drugs are being planted in Pakistan legally and illegally in
hundreds of Acers in northern areas of Pakistan and their
neighbor country Afghanistan. Due to this, Drugs items
made by these items are very common in Pakistan.

11. SHEESHA
(FLAVOURED HUKKA)
SHEESHA, another form of drug
which is normally said to be not
very much dangerous but
actually it is more dangerous
then cigarettes. More then 40%
of the youngsters smoke
Sheesha. Govt. Of Pakistan has
now banned it for the teenagers
but adults are still smoking it and
wasting their precious lives.

12. The govt. & the educated people of the
country who are aware of abuses of drugs
should perform their moral duties in lessening
the waste of precious human lives. Public
awareness programs should be organized and
the drugs should be banned completely. The
Drug dealers should be given very strict
punishments so that other people should get
lesson from them and stop playing with lives
of people.
