2. In the fall a farmer named Mr. Bailey was in his
car. He felt a cold breeze coming out of his
window. Then here was a loud Thump. Farmer
Bailey thought he hit a deer. It wasn't a deer it
was a man. So Mr. Bailey helped him up and
carried him into his truck.
3. Mr. Bailey drove home. He helped the stranger
inside the house. Mrs. and Mr. Bailey let the
stranger sit on the sofa. Meanwhile the
daughter was looking through the door and
thought that the stranger looked odd and
looked like he lived in the woods. Mrs. Bailey
said the stranger couldn't talk.
4. Mr. Bailey called the doctor. The doctor came
and checked the stranger. The doctor said that
he had a big bump behind the stranger's head
and he will not remember much. The doctor was
about to leave but Mrs. Bailey wanted to give
back his thermometer but the doctor said throw
it away it is broken.
5. When the stranger got clean clothes and he was
confused of the buttonholes and buttons. In the
evening the stranger joined the Baileys for
dinner. When Mrs. Bailey blows the soup the
stranger wanted to do it to, so he got his soup
he blows it ,it comes out cold air out of his
breath. Brrr said Mrs. Bailey said “is there a
draft in here?”
6. The next morning Mrs. Bailey looked out the
window and saw the stranger almost talking to
the rabbits. The rabbits are turning there ears in
one direction and they hopped away. Mrs.
Bailey thought he was part of some kind of
nature like mother nature. Then the stranger
took a little stroll.
7. That evening Katy the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Bailey sat down with the stranger to watch the
setting sun. Then a flock of geese was passing
by. Then the stranger looked puzzled the geese
were flying in a perfect V formation. The
stranger could not take his eyes off of them like
he was hypnotized.
8. Another week had passed and the stranger was
climbing the high hill that was in the farm. He
noticed that the other side of the farm was fall
colors and there side was green. Then he
realized that he was someone important. Then
he blew the leaf.
9. The next day the stranger decided to leave. So
then he packed and he went outside and left.
The Baileys went to say goodbye but he was
gone and all the leafs of the trees were not
green anymore now it is colorful. Mrs. Bailey
whispered see you next fall.
