2. Mr. Bailey was in the truck driving. Suddenly he
heard a thump he thought he hit a deer but it
was a man . He helped the man to get up. Then
he took the man to his truck.
3. Farmer Bailey took the Stranger to his house and
Mr. Bailey got him some rough leather clothing
and Mr. bailey asked him a question. But he
didn’t understand it and Mr. Bailey said maybe
he doesn’t know how to talk. Then Mr. Bailey
called the doctor and came to visit he felt the
strangers heart, felt his bones looked in his eyes
and took his temperature but it didn’t seam to
move and he saw there was a bump on his head.
4. They let the Stranger some clean clothes. It was
time for dinner and it fascinated him so Mrs.
Bailey blowed on the soup and the stranger did
the same and Mrs. Bailey shivered.
5. The next morning Katy watched the stranger
from her bedroom window. All the rabbits took
off to the forest as they expected the stranger
to go with the rabbits but he did not go with the
rabbits. Katy came out of the house and tagged
along.
6. That evening Katy sat with the stranger
watching the setting sun. On the sky there were
geese in perfect V formation, flew south on the
trip that they made every fall. Two weeks
passed and the stranger still could not
remember who he was.
7. Another week passed. Farmer Bailey could not
help knowing the weather was strange. The
pumpkins grew larger when it is fall. One day
the stranger climbed the highest hill on the
Bailey farm. He looked to the north and saw a
puzzling. It was time for him to do something or
leave.
8. But the trees to the south were all red and
orange. He ran to a tree he pulled of a leaf from
the tree. He held it in his hand and he blowed on
the leaf with all of his might and it was going to
be fall but who would know that it would be fall
maybe his Jack Frost.
9. At the dinner that evening the stranger was all
dressed up. There where tears in farmer Bailey’s
eye. The stranger decided to leave.
10. Then the Baileys were standing there waving
good-bye at the stranger and fast the stranger
disappeared.The Baileys would never forget
about him.
