2. INSPIRATION
The inspiration for this project came about
from the experience of our Director,
Mohsin Memon, who went from making
$10/hour to making $70/hr over just a
period of 2 weeks. Since then, he has
worked several years of his life trying to
quantify the growth he experienced in
terms of a formula which could be applied
by anyone to do just the same. Over the
last many years he has been able to create
such a formula and it is now ready to be
applied to make it work for anyone.
3. PREMISE
The premise is to conduct a year-long
research which would lead to a
breakthrough understanding of the
principle of networking. The research
endeavors to be able to quantify how
networking can lead an individual to
gain an immense opportunities that
one couldn’t otherwise obtain. The
final outcome is to gauge the formula’s
dependability for universal usage.
4. ENGAGEMENT
The engagement requires Active
Participants and Incubators. It’s
important to have incubators in the
research as they provide benchmark for
the Actives.
5. ENGAGEMENT
ACTIVES
The Actives will be engaged for a year-long period.
They will be in direct mentorship with the lead on
the project, Mohsin Memon, who will equip them
with the necessary skill to be able to become
expert networkers over the course of the year. The
Actives will gain immense opportunities, by way of
using the taught skills, which will render them
several job opportunities and even more contacts
in various organization across the world. It is
expected for them to be able to call their own
shots by the end of the year and take their pick in
jobs/careers as they will have mastered a skill that
most professionals don’t through their entire
careers.
6. ENGAGEMENT
INCUBATORS
The Incubators serve as a benchmark for the
accomplishments of the Actives. They
represent the masses who are not applying
the formula. The incubator’s influence and
opportunities will be measured thrice over
the course of the year and will then be
compared with the Actives to create an
understanding of the difference in the
opportunity growth-curve.
7. IDEAL
The ideal active participant will exhibit
great charisma and ability to connect with
people. He/she will have a sense of
confidence and a burning desire to excel
in anything that he/she is engaged in.
He/she will also be the epitome of getting
out of his/her comfort zone to accomplish
tasks with great tenacity.
8. COMMITMENT
The commitment expectation for this research
varies for the Actives and Incubators as follows:
ACTIVES
• A minimum of one hour/day for 5 days a week
(not on-site).
• Attend a weekly meeting. Approx 3
hours/week (on-site)
• A strong commitment to step out of the
personal comfort zone
INCUBATORS
• Filling out a short survey thrice over the period
of the year. Approx 15 minutes/survey
