1. Filming Schedule
Friday 8th February- Park Scene
Time Plan
9.30 am Meet at Graces give actors an
outline of the day
10.00 am Arrive at King George’s Park
(Brentwood) with actors and
equipment
10.20 am Set up filming equipment in the
forest
10.30am Costume preparation and make-
up
11.00 am Set up at first location- the forest
11.15 am Practice Shots
11.30 am Film forest scene
12.30 pm Re-locate to next scene- The park
12.35 pm Guide actors on what to do- zip
wire etc.
1.00 pm Finish Filming in the park area
1.10 pm Break- supplying refreshments
for actors
1.30 pm Locate to final filming location in
the park- Skate park
1.35 pm Ask Skaters for permission to film
them for the video
1.40 pm Film different angles of the
skaters on bike, skateboards etc.
3.00 pm Make sure we have got all the
finished footage and finish for
the day!

2. Friday 1st March- Party Scene
Time Plan
4.00 pm Set up at graces house for party
scenes- blow up balloons etc.
4.30 pm Organise lighting and test
different settings
5.00 pm Actors for the party start to arrive
5.30 pm Everyone start drinking getting
drunk natural filming starting
6.00 pm Shots of everyone dancing
6.30 pm Film everyone playing drinking
games keg stand etc.
7.00 pm Make sure we have got all the
footage and then clear up
