Activities:
1. Set induction: Can a cow and a cat be put in the same group?

2. Pupils discuss and construct a table based on the list of the external
features.
3. Pupils record the external features of animals in a table.
4. Pupils discuss which animals have the same external
features.
5. Pupils discuss the similarities and differences between animals
and record their findings in a graphic organizer.
6. Pupils group animals according to similarities in external
features.
