Have you ever known somebody that has attempted or committed suicide? Why would
teens with their whole lives ahead of them decide to kill themselves? Sometimes their problems
are overwhelming, homeliness could be enough to cause teen to take their own live. This is why
we should be more careful with the people around us in schools to see how they doing and make
sure if they have problems and have thought of suicide. Suicide is never the answer we should
always try our hardest to keep the lines of communication open with our family and friends.
Suicide is killing yourself intentionally. It's both a decision and the course of action that
implements this decision.Teens who attempt suicide and survive tell us that they wanted to die to
end the pain of living. They are often experiencing a number of stressors and feel that they do
not have the strength or desire to continue living.
Suicide is the process of act of ending one’s own life. Suicide is one of the highest causes
for death. Teenagers commit suicide twice as often as grown-ups. “Over 34,000 people in the
United State die by suicide each year”(AAC and AP), Teenagers should look for help before
taking the wrong decision that could hurt all the people that around you , that loves you and care
for you.
“Suicide is about emotional pain, the pain is so over whelming that it prevents people
from thinking rationally” (Blum.J), why would teens hurt themselves with self-harming?
Because sometimes hurting themselves provide a temporary sense of relief. Sometimes females
who hurt themselves is an attempt to deal with difficult feelings or situations, there is many ways
in how a teen can hurt themselves burning the skin with a cigarette, banging the head against the
wall, pulling hair from the head and biting or pinching the skin.

You should never isolate from family and friends you should look for help and if you see
somebody like this try to help them.“What is adolescence really all about?"but understanding
what adolescents are going through reduces parent-teen tension and increases parents' ability to
be helpful, rather than part of the problem,Is it true that most teens struggle, act out in dangerous
ways, and fight with their parents.
If one of your love one who is entertaining suicidal thoughts he or she could be
presenting some sings of suicide thoughts.Suicidal behavior in teens can lead to tragic
consequences;there are a million ways to prevent suicidal thoughts and to help people with these
thoughts. Facebook conversations about suicide that instead of helping someone could just make
it worst, these can result in the dangerous spread of “contagious idea” (Suicide T.)
“Sometimesteenager tries to look for help over the internet but it might not go how they thought,
some teen use (Suicide T.) To let everybody know else know how they feel or how they doing
without them knowing that someone in the other side that person could be thinking about
committing suicide”.
After so many teen took their life the authorities’ are more aware of what is going on
with adolescents. “The texting and facebooking is fuelling the frenzy, particularly, with people
saying things that they have no intention of doing” (students). Most of all the cases of suicide are
more often attempted by girls than boys, but boys are much likely to actually kill themselves.
“Girls would try to kill themselves by overdosing on drugs or cutting their wrists. Boys more
often try to kill themselves using guns, hanging, or jumping”.
Firearms are the most common and fastest-growing method of suicide for males and
females of all ages in the U.S. because hanging a gun in home will or would increases the
chances that a young person in that home will commit suicide”(Stevens). An upset child or teen

may impulsively use a firearm.“In 1996, more teenagers and young adults died of suicide” (Some
causes of teen suicide are: break-up of a romantic relationship, moving, loss “especially if by
suicide”, freedom or loss of other privileges)
.“Those who treat people who attempt suicide tends to adapt immediate treatment to the
person's individual needs. Those who have a responsive and intact family, good friendships, generally
good social supports, and who have a history of being hopeful and have a desire to resolve conflicts
may need only a brief crisis-oriented intervention.”
Suicide and depression is the most prevalent health disorder (PhD), the lifetime risk for
depression is 6% to 25% most of the teen who survive a suicide they attempt to say that they
tried to kill themselves because they were trying to escape a situation that seemed impossible to
deal with or they were trying to escape from feelings like rejection, guilt, anger or sadness.
“Some facts of suicide are manic depression and anxiety” (Suicide T.) some other facts for
suicide are divorce, inability to find success at school, feeling of worth lessens, rejection, friends
and anger.
Parents can help prevent suicide by having open conversations with teens, if a teen trust
you as a parent is enough to come to you with a problem, “sometimes not only adults can
become depressed, but also children and teenagers may have depression as well about 5% of
children at any given pointing time take the time to listen immediately. We can all help prevent
suicide we should not wait until is too late, that’s one of the reason the schools provided
counseling for students.
One way to prevent how to keep our mind from suicidal thoughts would be keeping a
busy life, school, social life, also doing sports.As a teenager we have responsibilities and school
also at home. Sometimes suicide can be cause by an eating disorder like anorexia and bulimia.
Sometimes feeling useless can cause a teen to get depress and start to feel that they don’t want to

be here that everything that happens to them is don’t have a solution and that everything they do
is wrong, they feel like nobody cares about them.
This is most seemed in teenage girls also these two disorders can also kill a person.
Teenagers can have stress, problems but taking our own life away would not solve the problems,
a person with suicide thoughts should or need to look for professional help.Some people feel
pressured into hiding their feelings out of embarrassment or concern not to burden family or
friends. But hiding under a calm exterior only saves the problem for later and stress can build up
until it becomes unbearable.One of the big parts of depression is thinking irrationally, that means
a person is putting together the parts of their life in a way that wouldn’t make sense for most of
them, but a person who’s depressed often cannot think any differently that makes them to focus
on depressing things.
Suicide people should never think they are less them other people because we are all the
same. Sometimes teenager are most likely to get depress for problems at home, with friends, the
answer to our problems is not taking our life away because that only thing is that it might just
make it worth’s, everybody has a purpose to be in these world and there is a lot of ways that a
person with suicidal thoughts could get and taking your own life is not one of them.Important to
treat your child with respect and understanding. Show your unconditional love, and offer
emotional support, if you have a friend or family member talks or behaves that makes you
believe that he or she could commit suicide, but for no reason try to handle the situation without
help. You should het help from a trained professional as quickly possible.
Think about how many people loves you, loves me and how they would feel if we take a
wrong decision, we are all here for a reason in these case it would be better if we think about it

“Sometimes is hard to know why they do it or did it but probably it could help us at least to know why
they took the wrong decision that also it could affect all the people around you”.
Never ignore them or leave them behind because they are persons that they don’t see the way out to
their problem: Always make or take help, Be aware for the most common symptoms ,Always help
them, Never let them be alone ,Try to understand them, Help them take the right decision the one
that would not hurt nobody.
The feeling process is to get help with your problem and try to solve it but not only if you always with
your family.
