What is a Typodont?
 An educational tool for dental
students
 Used to practice certain dental
procedures on the plastic teeth of a
model before actually performing
the procedures on live patients
 Their made with replaceable
parts, screw-in teeth, rubber gums
 Students can utilize the plastic teeth
to take impressions on and place
fillings on teeth that are cut out.
