1. -1Analysis for “Acceptance” Memoir
The assignment for this paper involved telling a personal experience where technology
has helped or hindered us. We were to consider our daily interactions with technology
and how it affects our daily lives.
The strongest part of this essay, for me, is the story and the dialogue. I was able to
remember a moment in time where my son questioned about the technology that assist
my friends in their daily lives. My transitions were effective in allowing the essay to
flow smoothly.
My weakest point was the format. The dialogue formatting threw me off, and I wrote it
more like a book, or telling a story, rather than a conversation. I believed my format to
be more fitting in telling a story, rather than the choppiness of a conversation. I dislike
the set up we were to use, and it didn’t make any sense.
Also I’m not very good at conclusions, however, I did like the conclusion to this memoir
