MCL Data Solutions offer fibre-kits in seven different versions:
 BKU-001 Budget universal kit with wipes, EcoClean fluid and swabs in 1.25 and 2.5mm.
 MKU-001 Mini Universal kit as above, plus a reel-type connector cleaner.
 CKU-001 Elite Universal kit for all connector types.
 MK1-001 Mini kit for 1.25mm connectors Small Form Factor connectors eg. LC and MU.
 CK1-001 Elite kit for 1.25mm for Small Form Factor connectors.
 MK2-001 Mini kit for 2.5mm connectors such as FC, SC, ST etc.
 CK2-001 Elite Kit for 2.5mm connectors.
The kits contain the following items:
Budget Universal kit BKU-001:
 20 swabs in both 1.25 and 2.5 mm sizes for wet-cleaning connectors in bulkhead adaptors.
 A pack of lint-free delicate-task wipes for wet-cleaning patch lead connectors.
 Low-hazard alcohol-free cleaning fluid in an airline-friendly, spill-free 100ml dispenser bottle.
Mini Kits MKU-001, MK1-001, MK2-001
 20 swabs in the appropriate size* for wet-cleaning connectors in bulkhead adaptors.
 A pack of lint-free delicate-task wipes for wet-cleaning patch lead connectors.
 Low-hazard alcohol-free cleaning fluid in an airline-friendly, spill-free 100ml dispenser bottle.
 A tape-based handheld cleaner with replaceable tape cassettes for cleaning patch lead con-
nectors. Approximately 500 cleans per cassette with no mess or waste.
Elite Kits CKU-001, CK1-001, CK2-001
 One-click cleaner in the appropriate size* for cleaning connectors fitted to bulkhead adaptors
without necessitating time-consuming removal—not to mention the potential for disruption to
adjacent live traffic. These have an extendable shaft for cleaning hard-to-reach panels and
are fitted with caps which convert them to use with free connectors. The One–Click cleaner
cleans approximately 800 terminations at a cost of a few pence per clean—cheaper than dis-
posable swabs.
