2. When I was introduced to
Potions
My grandfather, Enrique Gonzales,
introduced me to brewing potions at 8
years. Although, I had already gotten
all the information I need from books
about potions, I had never actually
brewed one, until I was 8. I tried to
brew The Draught of Living Death. I
did not do well. It exploded
everywhere. Good thing I was wearing
goggles and a pair of dragon hide
gloves, and the rest of me got
drenched in the potion. It ended up
burning my whole body, other than
the covered parts, and left very nasty
gashes all over my body. They oozed
purple liquid for two days. I also grew
up with use of potions for healing,
because I am very clumsy.
3. What I want to learn in potions!
• I would love to learn anything you can teach,
but hopefully, by the end of the seven years, I
will be able to produce a CORRECT version of
the Draught of Living Death.
• I would love to learn more about the
ingredients this year, and not as much
brewing.
