3. A notification for receipt of documents is sent to the client
4. Accounting records are updated by tagging each transaction with an electronic image of the document(s)
5. Queries are generated and forwarded to the client
6. Answers to queries are received and processed by Analytix
7. Internal review by professional staff
8. Records, financials and a customized dashboard can be accessed 24/7 via a secure web portal
