Every business owner should understand the financial health of their business and the key leverage points that
make that business successful. Each of our engagement with a client involves a detailed review of the client’s
operations. As part of this, Analytix has two processes: the sign up process and the ongoing process.

    SIGN UP PROCESS
1. Inquiry by client                                            6. Client account is created

2. Needs analysis                                               7. Accounting data file is analyzed

3. Quote                                                        8. Client is trained on our system

4. Agreement is signed                                          9. Action plan is created for transition

5. Client information form is                                   10. Action plan is implemented
   completed

    ONGOING PROCESS

1. Documents are forwarded to Analytix ( fax, upload or email )

2. Documents are converted into PDF

3. A notification for receipt of documents is sent to the client

4. Accounting records are updated by tagging each transaction with an electronic image of the document(s)

5. Queries are generated and forwarded to the client

6. Answers to queries are received and processed by Analytix

7. Internal review by professional staff

8. Records, financials and a customized dashboard can be accessed 24/7 via a secure web portal
