  10. 10. Market Facilitation Clinics Whenever we have time or are forced to learn, we do it “backwards”. We learn from past experiences.
  11. 11. Market Facilitation Clinics If we only learn “backwards” we might lose track of the road ahead and of the present challenges. This is why the Clinics are useful!

  13. 13. Clinics - definition A place to come to diagnose and move forward with urgent problems. NOT coming to experts who will give you the solution, but rather a group process… whereby participants help their colleagues respond to challenges more effectively.

  15. 15. Satisfaction with the process: it went well but there is room for improvement. “Difficult logistics of different time zones” “I realized there are no easy solutions” “I missed one key call” “Good opportunity to get together” “Spurred me to take action more strategically”
