How Unique? <ul><li>Technologies / Special Know-how: What makes your products and different than others and what is so good about it?   </li></ul><ul><li>Markets:   What are the markets size and potential include market share if similar or have competitors? </li></ul><ul><li>Distribution Channels:   How will you distribute the products and or services and what volume or capacity? </li></ul>

Companies producing similar or the same product in the same markets. </li></ul><ul><li>Outlook: What is the financial growth look like? This is mostly educated guess work but you are the person who knows the market. </li></ul><ul><li>Management Team: Who are the principles in the project and there titles? If, they are temporary, note that, when they will be replaced at a time, or milestone, and with who? </li></ul>
