3. Perimenopause, Menopause, & the Vagina
How estrogen and estrogen deficiencies effect the vagina
during perimenopause and menopause.
4. What Happens To The Vagina When We Age
We age because our hormones decline. This sends a signal to the brain
telling it youâre no longer in a state of reproduction and your production
factory is closed for business. This gets triggered by estrogen levels.
5.
6. When Estrogen Gets Too Low
When estrogen gets too low, a woman will develop problems with vaginal
dryness, painful intercourse, or dyspareunia. Other symptoms of low
estrogen include endometriosis and interstitial cystitis. She can also
develop vulvodynia, which is a painful vagina with or without stimulation.
7. The Collapse of the Vaginal Wall
The absence of estrogen results in decreased collagen
and vaginal muscle wall strength due to tissue atrophy.
8. Prolapsed Uterus
When the vaginal walls fail to support other
organs, these other organs prolapse as well.
11. Incontinence
When a woman can no longer âhold upâ her organs or
control sphincter muscles, they will pee their pants.
12. All Dried Up
When we lose estrogen, we lose ALL fluids in our
bodies, everywhere.
Being All Dried Up results inâŚâŚ
13. Vaginal Dryness
Vaginal dryness is a common problem of low
estrogen, with the lack of ability to secrete lubrication.
Sexual response is compromised, ability to orgasm is
significantly compromised.
14. Urinary Tract Infections
Women are more susceptible to Urinary Tract
Infections when theyâre estrogen deficient because
thereâs no more lubrication to cleanse out the system.
15. Yeast Infections
Women are more susceptible to yeast infections when
theyâre estrogen deficient because thereâs no more
lubrication to cleanse out the system.
16. Painful Intercourse
Without fluids in the vagina to act as a natural
lubricant, it will be painful for women to have
sex due to friction on the vaginal walls.
17. Clitoral Atrophy
When the clitoris atrophies, it goes into hiding and
doesnât want to be found. Will not respond to
touch, in fact it will be irritated to touch.
18. Insensitive Touch Response
Sex is in the brain for a woman. Without
emotional sexual stimulation, the brain doesnât
send out messages to lube up or respond to touch.
In fact, thereâs a built in repellant effect.
19. Lack Emotional Connect
Without estrogen, a woman is unable to make
emotional connects. Women who donât
emotionally connect, donât have sex.
20. How Does One Become Estrogen Deficient?
⢠Epigenetics
⢠Insufficient sleep
⢠Medications
⢠Stress
⢠Inadequate Nutrition
⢠Environment
⢠Sedentary Lifestyle
⢠Toxins
21. Why Isnât My Ob-Gyn Talking About This?
Doctors, including Ob-Gynâs and Endocrinologists, are
taught in medical school to treat the symptoms of
diseases instead of treating the root cause of the disease,
or preventing it in the first place.
22. The Conventional Medicine Approach
Keep the patient with the disease but treat the
symptoms of the disease with surgeries and
pharmaceutical drugs.
This is a good business model for pharmaceutical
companies.
23. Female Genital Cosmetic Surgery
There is little evidence to support any of the female genital
cosmetic surgeries in terms of improvement to sexual
satisfaction or self-image. Physicians choosing to proceed
with these cosmetic procedures should not promote these
surgeries for the enhancement of sexual function and
advertising of female genital cosmetic surgical procedures
should be avoided.
Female genital cosmetic surgery., J Obstet Gynaecol Can. 2013 Dec;35(12):1108-12.
25. The Estrogen Remodel
Estrogen remodels the vaginal wall by increasing
smooth muscle and collagen giving it increased
thickness, support, and adequate lubrication.
26. The Estrogen Effect
Itâs estrogenâs role to maintain the health of the reproductive
organs, the reproductive cycle, and vaginal health. If estrogen
levels are suboptimal or deficient, the patientâs reproductive
health deteriorates.

34. RegeneMax⢠provides ch-OSAŽ (cholinestabilized orthosilicic acid), that helps
naturally nourish your bodyâs beauty
proteins. Regular orthosilicic acid is highly
unstable, leading it to form polymers. These
polymers are too large for the human body
to absorb. But the patented âcholine
stabilizationâ technology in RegeneMax
prevents the polymers from forming,
ensuring optimal absorption. RegeneMax
has been formulated with clinically proven
ch-OSA for your assurance.
35. Estro Harmony⢠is for women who want
relief from menopausal hot ďŹashes and
support for breast health. Research
suggests the ingredients in this formula
can also beneďŹt cardiovascular status and
bone remodeling.
This all-natural formula delivers a
proprietary blend of plant lignan extract
and 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN) from hops,
at clinically relevant levels, to support the
bodyâs natural process of healthy
aromatase activity and exert phytoestrogen
(e.g., enterolactone) and antioxidant
activity.
36. ActivEssentials⢠for Women is a
combination of four targeted
nutritional formulas packaged
together to provide convenient and
comprehensive nutritional support.
37. MedCaps Menopause⢠is a unique
combination

and overall well-being. Featuring a
non soy derived source of
isoflavones, MedCaps Menopause
may also beneficially influence
estrogen receptor function.
38. Melatonin CR is a vegetarian formula with
a biphasic delivery system that releases
melatonin quickly and then steadily.
Melatonin is naturally produced in the
pineal gland in response to changes in light
exposure; it helps promote healthy sleep
patterns as well as antioxidant and immune
activities. Melatonin CR can support these
functions by helping to maintain normal
levels of melatonin in the body.
40. RelaxMax⢠is an innovative formula in
the form of cherry-flavored, powdered
drink mix. It contains a blend of

emotional and physiological state.
41. The XYMOGEN Mitochondrial
Renewal Kit (MRK) is formulated to
support and promote mitochondrial
biogenesis and function. MRK
supplies three active, orally bioavailable
formulationsâN.O.max ERâ˘,
Resveratin⢠Plus, and ALAmax
CRâ˘âwhich function synergistically
to support the critical role that
mitochondria play in metabolism. The
patented functional components found
in the MRK are safe, well-tolerated, and
have been uniquely prepared to enhance
both absorption and overall
bioavailability in order to maximize
patient benefit and satisfaction.
42. Hormone Protect⢠is an ideal
combination of DIM
(diindolylmethane) and SGSâ˘
(glucoraphanin) that helps protect
estrogen-sensitive tissues by
promoting healthy estrogen
metabolism and supporting
detoxification and neutralization
of harmful estrogen metabolites
and xenoestrogens.
43. ProbioMax DDS⢠is a chewable
probiotic designed to activate in
the oral cavity for support of
healthy teeth and gums.
As you chew it releases the safe
and powerful DDS-18⢠strain of
Streptococcus
salivariusâa

occurs in a healthy oral cavity. S
salivarius DDS-18 then attaches to
cells in the oral cavity and
colonizes, positively affecting the
bacterial population therein and
naturally defending the teeth and
gums.
