cities in the world, the most expensive
city in Australasia and the fifteenth
worldwide.

THE BEACHES
The Sydney Opera House is a
multi-venue performing arts
centre in Sydney, New South
Wales, Australia. It was
conceived and largely built
by the Danish architect Jørn
Utzon.
SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE
The Sydney Harbour Bridge is a
steel through arch bridge
across Sydney Harbour that
carries rail, vehicular, bicycle and
pedestrian traffic between
the Sydney central business
district (CBD) and the North
Shore. The dramatic view of the
bridge, the harbour, and the
nearbySydney Opera House is an
iconic image of Sydney, New
South Wales, and Australia. The
bridge is nicknamed "The
Coathanger" because of its archbased design.
The beaches in Sydney are large and
the sand is white. They are good for
surfing and other water activities.
They are spectacular and very
beautiful.
SYDNEY TOWER
Luna Park is an amusement park
located in Sydney. It is located on
the northern shore
ofSydney Harbour.
The park was constructed in front of
the Sydney Harbour Bridge during
1935. Most of the park was
demolished, and a new amusement
park was constructed.
The Sydney Tower is Sydney's tallest
free-standing structure, and the
second tallest in Australia.
The Sydney Tower is a member of the
World Federation of Great Towers.
The tower stands 309 m, located in
Market Street, The tower is open to
the public, and is one of the most
prominent tourist attractions in the
city, being visible from a number of
vantage points throughout town.
The Great Barrier Reef
The Great Barrier Reef is the
world's largest coral reef system
composed of over 2,900 individual
reefs and 900 islands stretching
for over 2,600 kilometres over an
area of approximately 344,400
square kilometres.
The reef is located in the Coral
Sea, off the coast of Queensland,
Australia.
Typical animals
The typical animals in Australasia
are: koalas, kangaroos, iguanas,
crocodiles and others.
The Great Barrier Reef can be
seen from outer space and it is
the world's biggest single
structure made by living
organisms. This reef structure is
composed of and built by billions
of tiny organisms, known as coral
polyps.
