I was executive director of Oxfam Fair Trade (Equita), when Marguerite has been selected to be in charge of our human
resources mission and strategic reorientation.
Marguerite had the relevant knowledge in the HR management and applied forward thinking tactics to increase
participation from employees and stakeholders in our change management process. Her strong communication skills
(including written and verbal) have been great assets to face Equita’s challenges.
She’s been fast and efficient to grasp our small size organisation (15 employees), organizational culture and context. Her
