4. COMPANY BACKGROUND
• Dynamic Product Line (DPL) started as a Custom Bonded Warehouse registered under
CBW#137 of Security & Exchange Commission in 1986 with Mr. & Mrs. Rene Someros as the
principal stockholder.
• In 1988 - DPL was one of the few company in the business that engaged in the equipment
evaluation and set-up for the specific need of the customers, preventive maintenance service
of old but still usable equipments and machines.
• In 1992 - DPL diversified its business activities into semiconductor sub-contracting assembly
and test of Chip-On-Board, Clock Modules, Numerical Display (LED & LCD type), Watch
Modules, Opto Modules, and Radio Frequency Identification Device as well as custom products
with a production plant located in Las Piñas City.
• In 2001, the company expanded its operation, an additional building in Calamba Premier
International Park (CPIP) with the total area of 5,000 square meters.
• In 2008 – existing operations of Casted Frame Module Las Piñas plant was transferred in DPL
Technology (Batino plant) located at CPIP Calamba City to better serve the increasing demand
and requirements of customers.
• In 2010 – DPL was been awarded to produces Auto-shut-off devices parts used for flat-iron
which was been exported to Germany.
Today, DPL assembly and test operation has a monthly capacity of 12 million Opto Modules, 1.5
million Radio Frequency Identification Device and 1 million Chip-On- Board products.
