● We are Shiftsmart! We
help our Partners (you) find
and manage flexible work
on our app.
● On this project, we are all
working with the company
Dynata, the industry leader
in political surveys.
Who are we? What are we doing? What is my role?
● Dynata is administering
multiple political surveys
across the country and has
enlisted our ongoing help.
● Political campaigns use
these surveys to gather
voter opinions.
● The surveys are not
campaigning for a
particular candidate.
● You will be calling and
administering the surveys,
delivering high call volume
and quality data.
● Your job is to read the
survey word-for-word &
record the person on the
phone or respondent’s
exact answers using
Dynata’s software that is
already on your computer.
You’ll be provided with the
survey script & the phone
numbers to call inside the
software.

Signing up for Survey Calling Shifts
● Shifts will be available in the app for you to accept!
● The time slots are flexible, but if you sign up for a shift
you must show up on time, stay for the entire time, and
confirm your shift
○ This is done on the app.
● Accept the shift to secure your spot
1. Go to the Shiftsmart app
2. Make sure you are on the home screen
3. Click on Shifts
4. Select the Shift that you want to work
