Expository paragraph
Social networking addiction is a common phrase used to refer that person who is spending too
much time on social sites like facebook, twitter, whatsapp, Instagram etc. Today many of the
people have a virus of this dreadful addiction either they are young or older ones. There was a
times when postcards, letters and telegraphs were the only medium to communicate. Telephone
was latest one among those. But then the computers and the laptops were invented. Social
networking sites were created for the purpose that people would communicate to each other from
all over the World. The World became global village. This created excitement among the people
for the usage of social networking sites. But the excessive use of this networking made people
addictive. And here this isn’t enough but the number of addicts increasing day by day. Some
serious incidents also occurred relating to it, which force us to take it as a serious issue and think
about it. First, we need to find out that why a person becomes an addict. For most, social media
is just a hobby, but for many it’s become a must do task, which does interfere in people’s lives.
there are some people who feel lonely at their home, because their parents or siblings don’t give
them time, they also start using social sites to become busy and interact with other people. This
habit gradually leads them to addiction which makes them more lonely and depressed. Also
some people have addictive personalities, they addicted to anything – food, money, social media
or anything else which gives humans pleasure. They are not addicted to these sites but to the
pleasure they derive from it. But it’s not like there is nothing to do with it, yes, it can be cured.
First thing you need to do is to accept the fact that you’re addicted. Try to restrain yourself from
overuse of internet. Instead busy yourself in doing other activities. Also try to spend some time
with your friends and family instead of interacting them on social sites only. Remember you are
not alone; everyone has some pleasures to share with. You just need to moving on to other
things.

Narrative paragraph
One day I with my friends decided to go on a picnic outside the city. There was a very beautiful
lake there. Although we never have been there before but we were confident that we will find it
out so we did not arrange any guide. The plan was prepared. On the fixed day, we went out for
the picnic. We took a bus to the exit road of the city. After that there was a forest and across the
forest is the lake. The forest was supposed to be crossed by feet. So we took our bus which lead
us to forest. As we reached forest we started walking through it to reach our desired destination.
After walking an hour we didn’t find the lake. We were tired and thirsty. All the water storage
we had was finished. So we started searching for water forgetting the lake for a while. When we
were searching for water here and there, suddenly we heard a horrible sound. It was the sound of
hounds, which was coming nearby. We all were frightened running madly, rushing through the
trees. We all were split up. The hounds were following us. I was running when I slipped rolling
down through the slope. And suddenly when I was about to hit a rock in my way while rolling, I
suddenly woke up realizing that I was all a dream. I became scared but I thanked God that it was
all a dream that finished away.
