THE TERMINATION DATE OF THE FPFG LIQUIDATING TRUST
Came on for consideration, the Trustee's First Motion to Extend the Termination Date of
the FPFG Liquidating Trust. After considering the request and finding that no objections have
been presented, the Court finds that the extension is appropriate and it is therefore
ORDERED that the termination date of the FPFG Liquidating Trust is extended to
February 22, 2019; and, it is further
ORDERED that this extension is without prejudice to requests for further extensions
if warranted.
