I am very pleased to recommend Mary Allemon. I have known her for
over fifteen years, as a client and as her supervisor. I first met Mary
when I was the President of the Milwaukee Metro Chrysler-Plymouth
Dealer Advertising Association and she was the Account Executive for
our advertising agency, Bozell Worldwide. Due to her strong client
service and organizational skills and her ability to develop strategic
recommendations, the agency promoted her to the Account Supervisor
level.
After the agency promoted her to a Management Supervisor position and
back to Detroit, I offered her the Director of Marketing position at my
family's company, the Russ Darrow Group. She brought an agency
prospective to our in-house efforts and was able to quickly grasp the "tier
three" side of the business. After I formed my own dealership group,
Darrow Automotive, I brought Mary on board to oversee our marketing
efforts. She handled our Chicago-area stores in-house and supervised
our agencies for the other markets. We eventually brought all of our
advertising in-house, under Mary's guidance.
Mary's strengths lie not only in organizational skills and work ethic, but
her ability to weather difficult situations. She always has a plan and an
execution strategy. She would be an outstanding addition to your
