1. Document Processing / Form Fill up for Southern Water, UK
Document Processing for Southern Water - a major UK-based Water Supply and Waste water / Sewerage management
utility services company - on a 24 × 7 operation with 300+ seats. Document management of
correspondence/communication exchanged between customers and Southern Water. These included applications for
new connections, change of address, irregular meter reading, complaints, acknowledgements etc.. The document
management involved identification, segregation (by document type), storage, maintenance, viewing and retrieval
against each record or new applicant and existing subscribers for resolution of issues.

2. MCA – 21 - Data Processing / Form Fill up for Ministry of Company Affairs (Govt. of India)
Full cycle back office for corporate tax returns filing process for the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) Govt. of India.
Processed on-line tax returns for corporates/business houses with view, access and maintenance options to the
account. Validated / authenticated documents and uploaded them to the web based software application against each
record.

3. Data / Document Conversion and Web Enablement
Conversion of document from hard copy / scanned / digitized format to an editable format through OCR applications.
The editable format is then put through a quality control stage after which they are web-enabled using XML through
proprietary and specialized software tool-sets. This is done for large and internationally reputed publishing houses in
the USA and Europe. The documents / publications have images, tables, texts, characters (scientific/maths/equations
etc.).

4. Scanning, Digitisation and Searchable Indexing of Documents
On-site job of Scanning, indexing of 10,80,000 (ten lakhs eighty thousand) documents in various engineering
disciplines like mechanical, civil, electrical, GAD etc.. The documents had to be segregated and properly classified as
per the tag structure given by HPL for proper tracking, searching and retrieving such as :
a. Document types - Contract documents, Drawings, Basic engineering package, ToC, Tech specs, User manuals,
BoM/Part List, etc.
b. Plant/unit types - Naptha Cracker (Auxillary) Unit, C4 Hydro unit, Linear Low Density Polythylene Plant, Poly
Propylene Plant, High Density Polyethylene Plant, etc.
c. Equipment wise - such as vessels, heaters, electrical boards/circuits, pipelines, etc.
d. Drawing types – Isometric, P & Id, GA, Design, Structural Detailing etc.
