Shared Document Repository  We store the images sent to us by your team & from your supplier.  Both parties will have one version of the documents eliminating disputes.  Ideal for purchase orders, GRN’s, sales invoices, POD’s & shipping documents. 2. Document Conversion  We receive, scan & index the paper document sent by customer such as purchase orders, quotations or expense reports .  We store the image in docHarbor & upload the captured data to an FTP site. 3. Statements & Pay Slips  We upload the print file sent by you onto docHarbor & provide a hyperlink to user.  User/vendor logs in to view the documents or retrieve it for use.
