When this man was arrested on Friday
because he failed to appear for court for traffic violations, police called San Bernardino Animal Shelter to pick
up his dog.
When he got out of jail and went to the shelter to pick up his dog, he was told that it qwould be $400 for
shelter fees. He only had $6.
