• Background:
• Our role is to help modify and maintain a healthy lifestyle during a busy
schedule
• Through social media posts of meal plans and workouts, our goal is to inspire
a chain of a healthy lifestyles of comments, reposting and sharing of ideas!
• Being a student athlete my entire life, I have learned how to juggle a busy
schedule as well as eating a healthy diet. My hopes is to share what I do day
to day, through workouts and meal plans, to help others feel good without
taking a huge section out of their day.

• As much as we would love to reach out to all genders, we understand that the
most likely to associate with our brand is women.
• Ages 18-35
• Our urban flare can connect with a younger demographic, especially since the
hype in health and fitness is at an all time high.

• Goals:
• Our primary goal is to reach out to individuals through our social media
pages.
• Our secondary goal is to create a personal relationship through reposts,
retweets, individual shares and likes.

• Our biggest challenge will be getting followers to respond with their own
ideas and suggestions.
• Our secondary issue will be keeping content exciting and original.

• The best way to solve these problems is to keep trying to connect with our
viewers through question posts.

• The biggest objection will be criteria.
• How consistently can we come up with good, unique criteria that keeps
people interested.

• Solutions:
• Our solution is to create our own criteria, and in times when information is
slim connecting with similar areas of interest for help.
• Once individuals share their own ideas, adding to their ideas and sharing it,
thanking them for their input.
