● The zongora it is an instrument that initially had only two strings, but
over time a series of guitar strings have been added, so that now the
zongora has four strings.
3. Characteristics:
● Traditionally the zongora is played by women, who at the same time
sing.
● It is played with a kind of wooden pick, which follows a regular
rhythm dictated by the melody.
● Another peculiarity of this instrument is the position in which it is
played, resting the box on the hip while the fret is held with the left
hand raised, as if it were a kind of double bass.
