2. El Refugio organization
Since 1996, El Refugio has been a Spanish organization specialized in helping
abandoned and / or abused dogs and cats, a totally independent organization that
does not receive subsidies from official bodies, companies or political parties. We
practice the zero sacrifice, we denounce judicially the abusers and we look for
adopters for all the animals that we welcome
4. Acne remedies
1. Wash the face before bed and then apply some toothpaste over the shins.
Leave on overnight and wash the face the next morning to remove the
residue from the paste.
2. Squeeze a lemon and from that juice is extracted one or two drops that
should be placed directly on the or the grains. This action can only be
performed at night, since by day the lemon juice can stain the skin.
3. Cut a regular sized carrot and then cook with the least amount of water
possible. The mixture is then pureed and allowed to cool to the affected areas
for about 20 minutes
