Receptionist / Assistant
 I answered an 18-line phone system and routed the calls to the correct
party or to voice mail. I set up new employees with their voice mail and
office extension. I was responsible for the out going and incoming mail.
I was the UPS and FedEx shipping administrator which required me to
set up new employees with the knowledge of shipping overnight and
understanding the shipping websites. I coded, balanced and made
spreadsheets for FedEx invoices, UPS invoices, Sam’s club invoices,
Ozarka water, and pick up courier services invoices. These spreadsheets
were then given to the accounting dept. for payment processing. I can
do Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft works proficiently. I can
schedule meetings and book travel, and keep receipts for managers for
reimbursement submittal. I ordered toners for the fax and copy machine

2. and operate well. I ordered office supplies, drinking water, postage
supplies, FedEx and UPS supplies. Previous to this employment I
worked in NY State where I was born.
Reason for leaving : layoff

HOBBIES
I like to read, work crossword puzzles and like to challenge myself with the
computer. I like to clean and organize.
