heavy duty XTC Cleaner with a .19" thick, 2" x 2"
powder-coated tube stock steel mainframe for strength
and durability.
Strong, durable and lightweight with .25" thick, 2" x
2" tube stock steel mainframe and corrosion-resistant,
galvanized Schedule 80 pipe stub ends.
Designed with a .75" thick primary seal and flexible
secondary seal for keeping material on the belt and
dust under control.
All retrofit blades are poured using Argonic’s propri-
etary Kryptane polyurethane formula, giving you the
performance and durability of an Argonics blade on
OEM conveyor cleaners.
Designed to meet the needs of the most demanding
quarry plants. Keeps debris from getting to pulley while
scalping the belt clean with adjustable downforce. Extra
heavy-duty nose cone blade.
Lasts five times longer than rubber channel cover. Avail-

Cleaning the conveyor belt reduces wear on the belt and
return rolls, extending the life of the conveyor system.
• Driven by its own electric motor, the brush turns opposite to the
direction of the belt travel, delivering a positive cleaning action.
• TEFC 1,200 rpm motor, 60 cycle, three phase, 230/460/575 volt.
Explosion proof available.
• Brush speed can be adjusted independently of belt speed
(brush speed should be 2-3 times faster than belt speed).
• Take-up style rod assembly provides easy brush adjustment.
• Hanger brackets mount directly on the conveyor frame for easy
installation.
• Pillow block bearings for dependable, friction-free drive (lubricated
periodically).
• Standard 10-inch diameter brush with 3-inch, 0.40 nylon bristles.
• Other brush diameters, bristle material and lengths available upon
request.
• Cross members provide strength to the cleaning unit. Available extra-
long for field installation.
• Belt guard supplied as standard equipment.
